Keto -v- Atkins Tren/Clen/T3? I am running this cycle, Test to maintain around 2400ng/Dl by bloods drawn. Right now, I am about 800 calories deficient in my daily planning (and actual) to achieve 85kg at the end of this cycle. I am hitting Proteins on the money, using 4x ON Gold Standard whey shakes with skim milk daily. With the milk, my carbs are at 50% of maintenance... so is my fat. I have never practiced either diet, Atkins or Keto and I am keen to try. I am thinking I can add nuts and eggs to my diet (Keto) or eat Meusli w/skim in the morning and a bananna along with a fruit at night, thus Atkins? Without pluggin in, any further, my own thoughts, I am looking for ideas which macro to boost on a hi-Tren/lo-Test Clen/T3 cutter? Age 53, BF 20%+, workout history 30-years+, Tren experience, several cycles - runs well for me. Target weight loss 15KG - yields 85kg. Current Intake: 1600 Cal 221-P, 108-C, 31-F. Need to add 800 calories per day? I have done this weight loss on this program before (but with balanced macros and 2400 cals), I just want to do it with more cardio and less drugs this time, I am not getting younger.
