Right now, I am about 800 calories deficient in my daily planning (and actual) to achieve 85kg at the end of this cycle. I am hitting Proteins on the money, using 4x ON Gold Standard whey shakes with skim milk daily. With the milk, my carbs are at 50% of maintenance... so is my fat. I have never practiced either diet, Atkins or Keto and I am keen to try. I am thinking I can add nuts and eggs to my diet (Keto) or eat Meusli w/skim in the morning and a bananna along with a fruit at night, thus Atkins? Without pluggin in, any further, my own thoughts, I am looking for ideas which macro to boost on a hi-Tren/lo-Test Clen/T3 cutter? Age 53, BF 20%+, workout history 30-years+, Tren experience, several cycles - runs well for me. Target weight loss 15KG - yields 85kg. Current Intake: 1600 Cal 221-P, 108-C, 31-F. Need to add 800 calories per day? I have done this weight loss on this program before (but with balanced macros and 2400 cals), I just want to do it with more cardio and less drugs this time, I am not getting younger. OldManLifter User profile Asked: Feb 09, 2021 51 years old, 14% body fat, 6`1" 185 libs. TRT at 200 mg of test c a week with 200mg of deca mainly for joints and arthritis and back issues. After 4 weeks of TRT alone I`ve noticed solid pumps, more strength and what looks to be more muscle mass already, getting tested at end of week. Goals, a little stronger (already feel it), a little more lean muscle. Eat pretty darn clean, get `175 grams of protein a day, but only taking in around 2k net calories after heavy lifting and jogging 2 miles a day. Should I be taking in more calories? And also the reason why im asking is cuz i just finished a cycle of 500mg a week and gained very little muscle... the thing is i didnt bulk... im the same fat.. so the question is... Confidence User profile Asked: Feb 06, 2021 I was told the reason bodybuilders eat more light meats like chicken and turkey and stay away from red meat is cuz bodybuilders eat more than the natural human amount... since red meat is very high in iron, bodybuilders cant eat it or we will get iron toxicity damage to our organs over time since we eat more protein than a normal person.. Dropped some significant bf % but still not under 10%. My next cycle will be right before summer in about 3 1/2 / 4 months. I was 6'4 and 155 pounds when I did my first cycle. After about 7 months I was 215 pounds of relatively solid muscle but I've gained some pretty decent stretch marks as a result. I don`t know if it was the the Dbol or the arimidex I was using. I think I was using to much estrogen, so lowered my dosage and it started to feel much.
