Add fish oil or some type of omega 3s, multi vitamin, multi mineral and good food. You can cycle liver and kidney support but no need to make a daily thing. I take joint support and vitamin D from Sam's also. As far as doses I just look up the daily full dose and go from there.

You need multi vitamin, Glucosamine for joints and vitamins b3 has been shown to reduce LDL. You need to drink at least a gallon of water daily. For any of them Costco brand will suffice but if they are not available you can get any brand with GMP certified facility(look for the logo on the bottle). 300mg/day Coq10, 1.5g/day glucosamine, b3 needs to be taken at high doses to lower ldl but 500mg-1g is fine too. Choline and inositol you take 1.5g of each for liver health. There is a doctor on YouTube who says taking 3g off cycle will get rid of all the fat lumps in the liver tissue

My current regimen is Fish oil, CoQ10, and Liv.52. The rest on your list are good ideas as well. I would monitor your bloodwork, and blood pressure and make supplement decisions based on your specific needs. I avoid multi-vitamins while on cycle because most of them have Iron in them, and my hematocrit and hemoglobin are already high. Iron can increase your hemoglobin. Looks like you are on the right track, and have been doing your research. Keep up the good work.

I personally only use fish oil at 5-7 grams/day and NAC at 600-1200 mg per day.

Solid list. I take all of those. I recommend taurine to everyone. It's cheap and effective. It's mainly used to combat cramps but I notice more energy with it too.
