Getting ready to run my 3rd cycle in about ten years. 5"9 175 planning on 500mg of test e, 40mg dbol per day and 200mg of deca per week. I've had issues in the past with how much carbs and fats to injest per day. Protein is 1.5-2 times body weight but can anyone give me some advice about the other two and prime times to eat them?
