I am 5'9" 214 lean and a NPC Competitor.(won both my classes and 3rd overall.) It was a lot of fun. I am going to compete in 2022-2023 in "Classic". I will compete (depending on us/intl) at 190lbs max or 197lb max. I am 23 and have trained hard(as a bodybuilder at 12yrs old (along with Boxing/Rugby which I am done with ). Let's say I live in Vegas/Cali area and I wanted to know - top 5 contests you'd go for to get exposure to pro judges and to hopefully win. My list - Amateur Olympia, Amateur Arnold, Jr USA/USA, maybe NM state or Cali. Are there any countries that (from Nov 2022-Dec 2023 would be advantageous for exposure and IFBB pro Card. I don't have to win but I want to do two warm up shows and get more stage/posing coach. I am Scandinavian: Irish and have to long light blonde hair, with dark beard(if I grow). I am usually about to only white kid on the stage. I go to a lot of contests for others but I stress. The fees are high, the hotel/travel/time offf, food/supps/my 3 contracting jobs(part time gigs) Canada, MX, South America, China or Japan, Middle East, india, S. Korea? Any shows that have mega sponsors and a lot of coverage. Arnold and Olympia run their contests/expos in other countries each year it seems .
