07:50 Hello. I have used gear for almost 16 years to bulk and to cut. Every time I try to cut I use Test prop 600 a week, Ten Ace 400/week and Masteron 500/week for 12 weeks cycle and sometimes I add 25mcg T3 and Clen 20mcg up to 60mcg and 30 min cardio a day. My question is I never get that dry, dry look. Also I don't take that much AI because I don't get gynecomastia. My diet is 3 days low carb 50g and one day high carb. Do you think I don't get that dry look because of I don't take AI? I have heard you say you like Letrozole better than any other. I can't say it's my gear because I buy from Naps. 15:43 Evan ,  Awesome job on the vids I've learned a ton about the little things that have already made a difference on my journey. So right now I am in the skinny fat stage. 5"8 230 my waist has gone down to a 30" jean most of my fat is on my back and belly still. I've been doing trt for almost a year in which I have lost probably 30lbs of fat. I still have a long way to go to start seeing the real me under all this.  Growing up I was on gear and 270 but not shredded. Just soft cut. Right around 9-11 time. I was single and had time to do all I needed. Now I'm 42 and single and the gym has become my vice. I have only run test cycles of 500. My whole time. Since I'm in the skinny fat stage I have learned to diet but still not 100% spot on so the fat loss is a little slower and no cardio at the moment. So what would be ur advice to start getting the fat off. I know gear will not be the magic answer but it will help.. I don't want to be but would kill to be built like u. I just know I could never sustain it. What are the best cutting cycles. And should I just keep doing cutting cycles until I have reachedy goal then try to start lean bulking over time. So I guess I'm asking which comes first the cutting or bulking. – asked by nickname_398
